The Cesarean Birth (PB)

Childbirth is a natural phenomenon. It is natures way of ensuring that a species procreates and survives. As childbirth is a natures creation, laws of nature therefore, govern it. If we look at the other creations of nature around us, we realize that not all of them are beautiful; few are unsightly and some even dangerous. And so is childbirth; it can be the most wonderful experience in the lifetime of a woman or at times the most dangerous one. This manuscript gives an overview into various aspects of cesarean birth. It is not only designed to meet the needs of a postgraduate resident who wants to be introduced to cesarean birth in a proper way but is also for the clinical practitioner who can use this as a ready reckoner.
