Product Description

Tynor forearm splint is a long brace designed to provide splinting support to radius and ulna and immobilize, firmly the forearm in various orthopedic conditions. It maintains the wrist in the functional position.

Application

1. Sequel to a fracture. Post cast management.
2. Post surgical protection and rehabilitation.
3. After extensor tendon repair of the wrist.
4. Carpal tunnel syndrome
5. Sprains and strains.
6. All conditions requiring orthopedic support to forearm.

How to use

Aluminum strips are pushed out one by one. The contours of the splints are matched to the contours of the wrist and the degree of Dorsi flexion required. The customized splints are then pushed back into the pockets. The injured hand is pushed into the tubular opening of the product. The proximal edge of the product is aligned to the palmer crease. The Velcro rejoinders are fastened to a comfortable compression one by one starting from the wrist end.

Product Care

• It is recommended to close hook loop fasteners before washing
• Hand wash with mild detergent and water below 30?C without wringing.
• Dry in shade on a flat surface.
• Do not dry-clean.
• Do not Iron.
• Do not bleach.
